CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Cancellations with more than 30 days prior arrival have no penalty.

Cancellations within 29 to 8 days prior arrival will have a charge of the first night amount.
- Cancellations within less than 7 days prior arrival will have a charge of 100% of the total reservation amount.
- For Special Dates such as Easter Week, Christmas Eve and New Year Eve, cancellations within 21 days prior to arrival will be considered no show and penalized with 100% charge of the reservation amount.
- No Show will be charged 100% of the Reservation Amount.
- Any refund of money for canceled reservation will be charged an additional 10 percent for administrative expenses, based on the total amount of the deposit.
